Float and Feast - Rafting on the North Santiam River

Join us for a raft trip down the North Santiam River followed by dinner at Dr. Leon Harrington's Home. The trip begins at Pack Saddle Park and heads downstream on the picturesque North Santiam River to the takeout at Mill City.  The raft trip is about 3 hours. 

Cost $75: Includes raft trip, portage to put in area, guides, wet suits, and instruction on paddling through rapids. Rafts hold six people with a guide. You'll have a paddle and you will get wet!

Format: Guides from Northwest River Guides, eNRG Kayaking are leading the trip.  There will be two boats with 6 people and a guide. Following the raft trip, join the Harringtons at their home in Mill City and enjoy a wonderful meal.  Please arrive at the eNRGY Kayaking office, 115 NE Wall Street, Mill City, OR by 1:45 pm so we can get geared up and ready to go by 2:00. Come dressed in clothing that can get wet, shoes that will stay on your feet, and a dry change of clothes is a good idea as well. The rafting company will have water booties and wetsuits for anyone who would like better insulation. Dinner: The "feast" is at the Harrington's home in Mill City following the raft trip.  They will provide directions to those attending at check in.
